* All items are individually handmade, please take careful consideration when choosing your items as we don’t make it till you order it.
* Please allow 1-3 business days to ship stock/in-house items. For custom/made-to-order items, your wait time may be longer (1-2 weeks). All items in stock may vary dependent on inventory levels. Please contact us if you need your piece by a specific date.
*Please allow ample time to have your items made during peak season (late Aug-mid Nov) as it can take up to 1 month or longer from the order date.
* Photos may show hat brims rolled up or down to display the styles versatile look.
* Style price may vary depending on fabrics used.
* Colors on-line are close but not exact, please call for swatches.
Our one-size-fits-most Beanie Hat offers a relaxed fit for 22" heads and a snug fit for 24" heads, with a perfect fit around 23". Custom sizes are also available.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes:
* When ordering from Pandemonium Millinery, you are responsible for assuring the products you’ve purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
* The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
* Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
* The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
* Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pandemonium has no control over these charges, nor can Pandemonium predict what they may be.
* Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
ORDERING – ONLINE
When ordering on the website the order will be processed as a COD. This means if you are net 30 you will not be charged and if you are a CC customer you do not get charged until the ship date. We do not actually do COD’s. If adding any changes to your order we will send you a revised total on a sales order.
TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS:
Ordering:
* Opening orders are $300 and are $100 thereafter.
* First time orders to be paid with a credit card then terms of Net-30 upon credit approval (Net 30’s must be paid by check or 4.5% fee will be added).
* Most orders can be shipped within one to two weeks. Please allow three to four weeks for fabrics not currently in stock and during peak season.
* All orders are custom made, please choose carefully when ordering.
Returns / Cancelled Orders:
* As we are a small handmade company there are no returns or cancellations on custom made goods. Custom goods are items similar too but not all inclusive of outerwear, clothing, "fancy" hats. Color combinations other than what we consider the standard default to our stock goods. If you are uncertain about a whether an item is custom or not please contact us before placing your order.
* All returns must be authorized and made within five working days of receipt.
* Stock Items - A restocking fee of 15% plus shipping and handling both ways will be charged on all returned goods. Restocking fees are applied to cover the cost of processing your order. Canceled orders, after ten working days of order date, will be subject to a 15% service charge.
* A $30 returned check fee is our policy. Any fees for collection will be added to your bill.
*We do not accept returns on Dog Blankets due to health regulations.
Payment Methods
Pandemonium gladly acceptsall major credit cards, pay by phone, or PayPal. Net 30s upon credit approval. We can also accept personal checks.Ppersonal check orders are processed upon bank confirmation.
