One Size Fits Most. This item features a cowl / turtle neck measuring 7 1/2" tall (12" flat) that can be styled many ways. Length measures 16 1/2" to 28" from the neckline to the shortest and longest points. Around the bottom hem measures 54" straight across or 42 1/2" along the flat edge and 40" along the curve.
